Sesame Prawn Toast
I've been craving one of my favourite Chinese takeaway dishes, sesame prawn toast! So I decided to make some. It's surprisingly super easy to make so I've shared the recipe below. The video tutorial is in my Instagram Story here.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 300g Prawns 
- 2 tsp Soy sauce 
- Ginger powder 
- Garlic powder 
- White or Black pepper 
- 1 egg white 
- Sesame seeds 
- 3 /4 slices of white bread

STEPS
- Blend the prawns, egg whites, soy sauce, white pepper, ginger and garlic powder. Blend until a smooth paste. 
- Using a knife, spread 2-3 tbsp of the prawn mix on a slice of bread. Then place the bread face down in a plate of sesame seeds. Repeat until the mix finishes. 
- Heat 1-2 cm oil in a frying pan. Once heated, place the bread in the frying pan face down. Fry each side for 1-2 minutes.
